Command-O Software, Perl Programmer - supervisor: Ben Cole.

Perl Programmer, assisting in installation of complementary, as well as custom cgi scripts. Customer support is also a major part of this position, for a three year old internet software company. Also involved in considerable system administration tasks, Including configuring servers, and security.

Oct. 1997 -Dec. 1997 :
University of Oregon Department of English, limited duration classified position as a web consultant - supervisor: Professor Sidner Larson.

Consultant, assisting in the establishment of HOOP, an online literary journal, as well as its sister publication: MOSAIC, both designed to become eventually maintained by graduate students of the university. This was accomplished partially through the acceptance of and participation in a cgi based online discussion board, implemented to facillitate the editorial process. This position also involved assisting Professor Larson in his day to day computing questions, helping him refine his skills in working within a Windows '95 environment as well as with his VMS account.

As sole proprietor of an internet consulting business, designing, hosting, and maintaining clients' presence on the World Wide Web. Training is also provided to clients, as to how best to interface with customer feedback, including web-based transactions.Working with both small business and academic clients optimizing the presentation of their product, also developing templates so each may may maintain his or her own Website if desired.
